Planning Board meeting minutes Thursday, February 27, 2014
Meeting opened at 7:35 p.m.
Members present: Roger Tryon, Barry Karson, Tom Sawyer, Stephen Enoch, co-chair.
Public present: Chris Tryon, Berkshire Geo-Technologies.
Chris Tryon, of Berkshire Geo-Technologies, presented a Form A for Peter Murkett and Michele Miller, 53 Harmon Rd. Monterey, MA. The plan shows three lots on Harmon Rd. with acreage that exceeds zoning minimums and road frontage that meets and exceeds the zoning requirements. A check for $75.00 was received.
The board read the minutes from January 9, 2014 however; there was no quorum of participants from that meeting to approve them.
The board reviewed a letter (undated) from the ZBA with revisions that they suggest for the Zoning Bylaws. The board discussed the letter and, there being no emergency action necessary, decided to wait until more board members were present to discuss items. It was noted that, although the letter suggested bringing these items to the Annual Town Meeting in May, since the warrant closes March 24, 2014, it was unlikely that would happen.
Mail was opened.
